Iakovos Kolanian is an Armenian-Greek classical guitarist best known for performing and transcribing ethnic folk music for the classical guitar.
Throughout the years he has toured in Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America, where he has presented a large part of the classical guitar repertoire to audiences. He also regularly participates in international festivals in Vienna, Milan, Athens, Israel, Cyprus, and Yerevan by giving individual recitals or acting as a soloist with symphonic orchestras and ensembles of chamber music. He has performed as a soloist with the Athens State Orchestra, Thessalonica State Orchestra, Symphonic Orchestra of Greek Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), The Camerata Orchestra of Athens, the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra, etc.

Яковос Коланян — гитарист из Греции с армянскими корнями. Он известен своими аранжировками народной музыки для классической гитары, которые успел представить зрителям Европы, Азии и Латинской Америки. Был солистом Государственного оркестра Афин, также сотрудничал с Филармоническим оркестром Армении.
