Thibaud Mennillo, a contemporary pianist and improviser, is the grandson of the renowned French jazz pianist Roger Mennillo, who was famously described as the “teacher of generations”.
Through his piano improvisations, Thibaud expresses the full range of his inspirations – melodic, polyphonic, and polyrhythmic, often exploring the instrument in surprising and inventive ways.
His compositions take the audience on a sensory musical journey, beyond the notes, into his inner musical universe.
